Momentum Youth Ministry is our ministry to middle school and
high school students, grades 7th-12th!
This lively, God-seeking group is a place for students to get connected to, be part of our big family and most importantly - experience and learn about the love of God. We do all of this through a variety of events, trips and services.
YTH NIGHT - YTH Nights are our weekly services on Wednesday nights. They go from 6:30-8:00 PM and include live worship, games and a stirring message!
Connect Groups - In the fall and spring semesters, DGT offers connect groups that meet at peoples' homes. This fall, Momentum is running 4 connect groups for middle and high schoolers on Sunday nights. For these we play silly games, eat some tasty food and have discussions based on our curriculum. For more information on these, please refer to our bulletins.
Sunday School - From September until May we hold 2 Sunday morning classes; one for middle school and another for high school. These start at 9 AM every Sunday morning.
Missions - Every year we do a national missions trip, usually in mid-to-late June. Last year we went to Nashville, TN! We fundraise throughout the year for this trip and announce where we're going in February.
Serving Locally - We hold a back to school, school supply giveaway every August! Last year we gave out 125 backpacks with school supplies in them. #WeLoveLincolnPark We're always looking for new ways to serve!
